Chef Driven, Locally Sourced
Following his passion for the past 25 years, Chef Nick Speros has made his mark on the Boston restaurant and food scene–with a scale ranging from server to owner, and now chef/educator of a major non-profit. The accolades, awards, and experiences he has received throughout his career as a locally-centric chef/restauranteur/educator, have guided him to become the community centered person he is today.

Bon Marché Bulding
Located on Merrimack Street, in the space formerly known as “Bishop’s Legacy Place” (and “La Boniche” prior to that), Lowell Burger Company is a resident of the Bon Marché bulding. From 1878 to 1976, this historic building was a department store in downtown Lowell, Massachusetts–and even once hailed as the largest department store in New England. This building with rich history has been well preserved–adding much to the charm of Downtown Lowell's Historic District.
